Return & Exchange Policy

At Hussnain Organic Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process, as per the following guidelines:

1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Products that are damaged or opened cannot be returned, unless they are defective or faulty upon arrival.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.

2. Exchanges

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • We will arrange an exchange or send you a replacement product once we confirm the issue.

3. Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items

4. How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service team at 03234559233 or email us at husnainorganicstore@gmail.com to initiate a return or exchange.
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and the reason for return or exchange.
  3. Once approved, send the product back to us via Postex (our courier partner) to the return address provided.
  4. We will process your return or exchange once the product is received.

5. Refunds

  • If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will only cover the cost of the product and do not include shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error.

6. Delivery

  • All orders are processed and delivered within 4 days via Postex.
